About Us

when you read about the desperate poverty in some developing countries, it’s so difficult to know how to help. But sponsoring a child is an amazing way to feel like you can really make a difference”

Child Sponsor, Changing Lives Malawi

Changing Lives Malawi

We are a U.K. charity supporting The William Stewart Foundation in Northern Malawi and Sarah Black is our Lead Trustee and our Development Manager. We are also able to raise funds for others with small, stand alone projects at the discretion of our trustees. As the charity is run by volunteers no funding is spent on salaries.

We are based in Central Scotland and our aim is to raise funds and awareness for the Foundation in Malawi. The people supported by the Foundation, in Ibuluma, a village in the far north of Malawi, are living in such poverty that they need a helping hand. Our aim, and theirs, is for the community to work towards self-sufficiency. Please do get in touch, via the contact page, if you would like more information about our work, would like a visit to your school or organisation or would like to get involved. Together we are changing lives.

This is the website for Changing Lives Malawi which was registered as a charity on 29 May 2019 under SCO 49329.
